READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING ONLINE!

The Ontario Soccer Association has made changes to the registration process that has
significantly affected Hillcrest Village. Starting this season, all players over the age of 13 years and one parent/guardian of each player under the age of 18 must sign and mail back, a participation agreement prior to participating in any games. This has been made necessary because of the increasing number of lawsuits arising across the province. Also required will be a statement in the registration process as to whether the player has ever registered with a soccer program outside of Canada. If yes, additional questions must then be answered.  If no, then the parent must answer all the questions "n/a" for not applicable.  These areas areas must be answered in full to complete the registration. Hillcrest regrets the need for these items, but it has become necessary to include with all registrations. Also required for all of our volunteers will be a completed application
and police check submitted prior to the start of the season. These changes were
implemented by The Ontario Soccer Association and are mandatory and province wide. We have no choice but to comply fully with these directives.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Registration instructions must be followed or you will experience a lot of frustration in registering your child and be unsuccessful.  Please take a few minutes to read this guide.  Click on the above link “Click here to register online for the 2009 season” to start the process.  You will be taken to the ITSOCCERNET/HILLCREST registration page.  Now click “Launch Member Area”  Do NOT click the registration tab to the left.
In order to complete the registration process you must first set up a user name using your own name and email address. You will be asked to create a family and enter all adults and players through SETUP FAMILY. You can add family members later on by clicking on this link again or the PROFILE link in the left menu.

Contact info for each adult must be entered through Parent Info one at a time. You will see the adults listed above the form links after submitting the information. If you need to change any information, click on the REMOVE link beside the parent and go back to Parent Info to re-enter the correct information. If you have registered on-line previously, you will simply need to confirm that all of your information is still correct.

Add children the same way as adults, by clicking on Child Info. You will notice that contact information has been automatically passed on from you. Change the information if needed or fill in the extra fields that are required.

You will be asked to choose a VOLUNTEER ROLE for adults, choose the adult from the drop down list and then select a volunteer role.

Register children listed in the drop down menu in Child Registration one at a time. You will see categories and fees that the child is eligible to play in. If you make a mistake after submitting the registration choice for a child, simply click on the DELETE link listed beside the child at the top of the form links page and start again at Child Info.

The SUBMIT button will be enabled after one child has been registered. Make sure that you have all adult volunteers and children registered before submitting your family's registration. After submitting you will be prompted to take a quick look at the registration.

Please note that you can log out and return to the members area to finish an incomplete registration. Incomplete registrations have an ADD/EDIT INVOICE # link when you return to the registration section of the Members Area. Registrations that need to be paid for have a MAKE PAYMENT link available. Please ensure you pay immediately after submitting the registration to secure your spots.

If you experience problems with this registration process, please review the above instructions carefully to make sure you haven't missed a step. You will know which step is missing because there will be a RED X beside the step that is not complete. Steps are listed across the top of the page during registration.

If these instructions do not solve your problem, please report your problem to the support system at ITSportsNet. ITSportsNet deals with the mechanics/workings of ITMembersArea and they ask that if you need to contact ITSportsNet about the workings/layout of ITMembersArea, or if something in ITMembersArea is not working for you, to please fill out their Technical Help/Comment Case form. Here's how:

1. Open the ITSportsNet member login page for our club at

2. Click the "Member Login" button.
3. Enter your email and password in the provided input areas and click the "Log In" button.
4. The ITMembersArea page appears with menu choices down the left side of the page.
5. Click the "Help" menu item.
6. Scroll down the page to see the "Technical Help/Comment Case for ITSportsNet" form area.
7. Fill in the form fields and then click "Submit" to send your question or comment to ITSportsNet.  Thank you for your patience.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We accept Visa, Master Card and personal cheques for the registration fee. Cheques should be made payable to “Hillcrest Village Soccer Club Inc.” with the player’s name printed on the front of the cheque. Please note that if you are paying by personal cheque, your child is not registered until the Club receives your cheque in the mail. Please note our mailing address at the bottom of this page.

REGISTERING BY MAIL:

To register by mail, please download a registration form below, fill it out and mail it along with a personal cheque for the registration fee made payable to “Hillcrest Village Soccer Club Inc.”. Please print the player’s name on the front of the cheque. Please note that if you are paying by personal cheque, your child is not registered until the Club receives your cheque in the mail.
